Alright, everyone who knows about Blood On The Dance Floor knows about the fight between Garrett and Dahvie. There's two different sides and stories. And trust me, I've switched back and forth between the both, but I'm sticking on Dahvie's side.
First of all, for those of you who think Dahvie 'randomly' kicked Garrett out of the band for 'no reason,' that is completely untrue. Garrett did a bunch of shit that deserved to get him kicked out. One, he deleted what he thought was the only copy of new lyrics to an entire new album. Little did he know was that Dahvie had backups. Two, he's a total druggie and would show up completely stoned to the studio for recording. Three, he didn't do shit. Dahvie had to write out everything for him like a little baby. Honestly, I bet Dahvie could keep going about all Garrett DIDN'T do for BOTDF.
Second, Dahvie DID NOT RAPE A 15 YEAR OLD GIRL. Actually, Garrett started that whole rumor. And I'm not sure if this part it true, but I keep hearing that Garrett paid the girl to accuse Dahvie of raping her., which actually is pretty possible. Garrett was trying to get back at Dahvie for kicking him out of BOTDF. And when the 15 year old refused to get tested for actual proof that Dahvie raped her, then dropped the accusation altogether, doesn't that make you wonder...? Exactly. Also, I've met Dahvie and he's a really sweet guy and he's not the kind of person who would just go out and rape someone. I get that a lot of people would be like, "Um, have you heard his songs? They're all about girls giving him head," and yeah, even though that's true, it doesn't mean he would rape someone.
Third, Garrett is being really immature about this. First he goes and pays a girl to accuse Dahvie of raping her, which is bad enough, but he's other shit too. Garrett went up onstage to shows with Dahvie's music and Dahvie's lyrics... without Dahvie. Yeah, after he got kicked out he still decided to perform as BOTDF without the maker of the band. Garrett also stole all of the money BOTDF had from merchandise. The money was intentionally going out to buy more merchandise, but Garrett, being the druggy he is, must've decided he wanted more money for more drugs. Again, Dahvie could probobaly go on and on about how low Garrett really is.
Oh, and by the way, that video on YouTube where Garrett is totally bagging on Dahvie? Read the description. Yeah. Even the person who posted the video knows that Dahvie didn't actually rape a girl.
Hopefully Garrett will someday realize that the way he's treated Dahvie is disgusting, but really, it doesn't matter because now Dahvie has Jayy Von Monroe at his side, and Garrett and Dahvie are much better apart.
